Venison Born and raised in a completely natural environment at home and processed without any live transport. Fantastically tender and succulent. Very low in fat and cholesterol, and protein rich.
Beef Suckler beef raised naturally on mothers milk for 10 months, then finished on the lush pastures of Devon. Hung for superb tenderness and flavour.

Lamb Allowed the time and pace to mature slowly in extensive natural surroundings, without the use of modern additives. Hung for added flavour and tenderness.
Pork From rare breed pigs raised outside in the fresh air to produce real flavour and tnderness and crackling the way it used to be! No feed additive or growth promoters are ever used.
Poultry Totally free range and additive free. Raised in small arc's in the field which are constantly moved to fresh pasture. Processed on the farm. Real flavour and tenderness!
Delivery Please ensure that someone is in to receive the parcel as our couriers require a signature on delivery. Please note that all orders have a carriage and handling fee of £13.50, except orders over £100 which are FREE. Your orders will be sent by overnight express couriers, delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. We would be delighted to send a personal card with the package if you are sending the parcel as a gift. For those living in the west country, deliveries can sometimes be made by our own vans especially where delivery times are not an issue. Please phone to discuss this possibility.
